This single-vineyard designated wine spends more time in oak barrels, giving it a characteristic complex flavor. This features the delicious and drinkable pignoletto grape, but you can expect more depth and character because of the French oak.

A lovely, refreshing white wine with a slight sparkle -- not quite a still wine, but not quite a bubbly either. A perfect summertime drink. Pale gold, slight citrus fruit on the nose, smooth finish.
